Our work in aerospace encompasses all aspects of aviation castings, from ground refuelling and metering equipment to engine and cockpit components.

We have invested substantially in our manufacturing capabilities over the years and our in-house machining capacity allows us to offer fully-machined components with accuracies of +/- 5 microns, whilst our post processing allows us to fully finish the product.

The components produced from aluminium alloys in our sand-casting processes are ideal for the aerospace sector because they:

• Are heat, stress and corrosion resistant

UKAS accredited test facility

In our own UKAS accredited test facility, we can perform a range of non-destructive tests and inspections to meet the specific requirements of the aerospace industry. Our testing capabilities mean we can check for surface defects, porosity and shrinkage, ensuring that each part meets its required standard.

We also drive high-quality standards throughout our business by working to ISO 9001 2015 quality management systems. This means we apply standards that consistently provide products and services to meet customer and regulatory requirements and that we continually look to improve and drive efficiency.
